Food Fact Friday-ish

Howdy!  I hope your week has been grand!  So it’s April, not that the weather indicates it!  Here in good ol’ Missouri, we have had a bit of winter precipitation in the last week.  We made part of our drive home in sleet and snow!  AND they are calling for more snow today!  Personally, I have my fingers crossed that this is winter’s last appearance, I am ready for sunshine and warn temps!!

Today, instead of my normal Food Fact Friday, I have an announcement.

For the next couple of months I am going to make Food Fact Friday a bi-weekly post.  There are multiple things happening in life at the moment that are restricting my time to create a well-informed post in a week.  In order to insure that I am not missing out on any key information that I want to shore with you, I have decided it will be best to give myself 2 weeks for research in writing.

One of the biggest things that I am working on is becoming a 21 Day Sugar Detox Coach!!  I am so excited to start and finish this training!  This is a great program put together by Diane Sanfilippo, that has helped many people fight their sugar craving, regain control of their eating habits, learn how to tweak meals to fit their body’s need, focus on real food and more!

That is all for now, but I will share more about the 21DSD and my other life adventure in the near future!
