Weekly meal plan

Howdy! Back to making to meal plan again this week after a bit of a hiatis. Daily life was rolling along and pacted with all sorts of baby, work and household things and planning meal got pushed off the to-do list. Plus, we went to Arkansas to visit Nate’s parents for a week so we waited until there to see what they had and to do our shopping.

We tried really hard to shop the local farmer’s markets while in Arkansas but that didn’t work out! The one closest to them wasn’t open when they said it would be. I could not find the times for one and another was not open on the days we were there. I will try to hit one next time we are there. I did final a health food store that has local honey and some other items that I typically purchase so that was a score!

For the menu this week, I made a conscious effort to add some variety. It has felt like I have been in a food rut and I am ready to mix it up!



I will sprinkle some other random veggies into meals, choosing them based off of what sounds best that day. Tomatoes are in season now(woohoo!) and I could eat them at EVERY meal!!
